Ordering through our site is considered a contract between MyNumis and the Customer, who must be 18 years of age or older.

Only after our confirmation of acceptance of a received order will a contractual agreement between MyNumis and the Customer be considered to exist.

MyNumis shall under no circumstances be liable for any damages arising from loss of profit or any business interruption resulting from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

MyNumis reserves the right to correct any price entered by error or omission, even after the customer has made the purchase, the customer having the option to proceed or not with the purchase of the product and its respective price update.

The contractual agreement of purchase and sale between MyNumis and the customer is only valid after confirmation by MyNumis by email or telephone.

The MyNumis online shop is governed by Portuguese law.

This remains applicable to anyone viewing the site in any other country.

Deliveries

Provided the item is in stock, its delivery time will be:

2-3 business days from the payment date for deliveries within the national territory

7-10 business days for deliveries within the Eurozone
